Our rooms

Enjoy your stay at Kaštieľ Kubínyi through all your senses!

Five comfortable rooms are waiting for you in the attic of the historic mansion. They are different in their disposition, but equal in their comfort and sensible approach to the reconstruction of the building. The combination of modern facilities together with historic features will certainly enhance your experience of the whole stay.

Other seven rooms with a terrace are available in the House of Adda, where you can find also our our coffee&wine bar Amalia, hotel reception, Spa and a wine cellar.

Kaštieľ Kubínyi will provide you with so much needed tranquillity. Here, you can easily switch off from all work duties.

Relax your body and mind in the hotel Spa, enjoy a glass of wine in the lobby, have a delicious dessert or snacks in our restaurant, or just take a walk through the park.

Pets are not allowed in the area of Kaštieľ Kubínyi. Thank you for understanding.

In addition to the baroque mansion and the house of Amalia de Adda, the area also includes a beautiful large park. It is an ideal place to hold summer concerts, picnics, wedding ceremonies, family gatherings, workshops or other outdoor events.

Apartment Exclusive

Apartment Exclusive offers exceptional, spacious and very comfortable accommodation in the tower of the 18th-century mansion. Its atypical disposition with a beautiful wooden ceiling will certainly catch your eye. The apartment is also equipped with a bathtub and includes its own balcony. The price includes

  • monitored parking lot,
  • welcome drink,
  • wifi.
  • Spa in the area - one entry included in the price
A local fee of 0.50 € / 1 person / 1 night is not included in the price. The room is furnished with a historic Biedermeier-style single bed, which can serve as an extra bed for a child (up to 12 years old). The extra bed fee is 35 € / night, including breakfast. All rooms in Kaštieľ Kubínyi are located on the first floor. The building is not equipped with an elevator. We do not allow pets in the area of Kaštieľ Kubínyi. Thank you for understanding.

General business conditions

Sustainability

We care about the environment. Therefore we try to minimize any negative consequences that may be related to the operation of the hotel and the restaurant. In addition to recycling, we strive to limit excessive waste production. We are equipped with our own laundry and we use eco-friendly cleaning products. The hotel bathrooms do not offer single-use hotel cosmetics. If it is not necessary and you do not request it, in case of a several-day stay, we change bed linen every third day. We will be happy if you tell us when to change your towel.

The ingredients we use for the preparation of meals come from organic farms and fair-trade producers. Our distributor provides us with fresh fish on a regular basis. Dairy products come from a village nearby, called Leštiny. And if you wish to take away food from the restaurant, you will be given compostable disposable packaging. We do not serve drinks with straws, but we can provide you with a bio straw if needed. Organic remains from the restaurant are disposed of by a specialized company.

Kaštieľ Kubínyi is located in the village Vyšný Kubín, which borders with Veľký Choč on one side and with Vyšnokubínske skalky on the other side. It is an excellent starting point for trips, whether in Orava or Liptov. Both regions are rich in cultural and natural heritage and we are ready to advise you and help with organizing any trip or idea. Would you like to go hiking, relax in the aquapark or visit the cultural monuments nearby? Do not hesitate to reach us, we will be happy to help you and recommend interesting places to go. During the summer, there is a space for your bicycles in our bicycle storage and in winter you can store your skis in our ski room. There is also a free private car park in the area of Kaštieľ Kubínyi available for our customers.

    - Svadobnú hostinu možno usporiadať v reštaurácii, ktorá má kapacitu max. 60 osôb.
    - V prípade záujmu pre vás vieme usporiadať civilný obrad v anglickom parku.
    - Najbližšie katolícke kostoly (pre prípad katolíckeho sobáša) sú: Kostol sv. Trojice v pešej dostupnosti od kaštieľa a katolícke kostoly v Dolnom Kubíne.
    - Evanjelický sobáš sa môže konať v evanjelickom kostole v Dolnom Kubíne a Jasenovej, prípadne v artikulárnom kostole v Leštinách.
    - Podmienkou konania vašej svadobnej hostiny v našej reštaurácii je využitie nášho cateringu, rovnako aj konzumácia našich alkoholických a nealkoholických nápojov; okrem toho aj využitie služieb našej spriaznenej agentúry, ktorá sa postará o výzdobu priestoru. Výzdoba je zahrnutá v cene prenájmu. Hostinu si nie je možné objednať samostatne.
